Love this. High achievers might just need more change and an environment that nourishes it. Finding the right support network can be tricky but I just see it as part of the ongoing effort to balance out everything that is life.
Sometimes it’s easy to think “doing our best” means doing a ton of something (like work for example) but we actually get better long term results with better health if we make a point to NOT overdo it. Holding back takes a ton of effort and I’m slowly learning the importance of it as I grow.
